• 0% payment of total tour cost after confirmation voucher
• 25% balance payment before tour start or on arrival or after
• Last- minute booking, all kinds of tickets,Peak season booking required 100 % tour cost to process the booking.

How to Make Payment :

For your convenience we have multiple channels through which payment can be made. Payment can be made by Credit Card, UPI, by Cheque / Demand Draft/ money transfer (RTGS & NEFT) Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe or any other wallet app, paypal, via bank transfer, Debit card. for credit card 3% Bank charges will be applicable

After making the payment :

After making payment you will get a the following things

• Instant you will get a Confirmation mail/ receipt of your payment.
• Within 12 hrs you will get a reconfirmation mail of your booked tour, all the information of your tour which includes ( tour Itinerary, Hotels,Inclusion, Exclusion etc.)
• Within 24 hours you will get payment Invoice from our Finance team.
• Later you will get all vouchers, after receiving all the vouchers related to your tour, you have to pay balance amount or you have a option to keep 25% of the tour cost with you. you can pay this amount on arrival or after completing 1st day of your tour (applicable for multi day which means tour above then 3 days)or you can make the full payment before arrival and Enjoy tour hustle free.

Child Policy :

• Child Below 5 Yrs. Complimentary.
• Child 5 -12 Yrs. with and Without Extra Bed will be chargeable.
• Child 12-18 Yrs. Will Be Considered As An Adult With Extra Bed.

Cancellation Charges/ Refund Policy :

• After booking confirmation: 5% of the total tour cost
• 45-30 Days before the tour: 15% of the total tour cost
• 29-14 Days before the tour: 30% of the total tour cost
• 13-08 Days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
• 07-04 Days before the tour: 80% of the total tour cost
• 03-00 Days before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

Hotel Policy :

Standard Package :- 2-Star basic hotel

Deluxe package :- hotels are Similar to 3 Star

Luxury package :- hotels are Similar to 4 Star

Premium package :- hotels are Similar to 5 Star

• We are not holding any rooms as of now. Rooms will be subject to availability
• In case the suggested hotels are unavailable due to high demand on your travelling dates, Alternative hotels will be offered. We will notify you and provide a list of alternative hotels from which you can choose. If there is a price difference while booking alternative hotels, you will be informed, and the same will be charged as a supplement. However, we will absorb marginal differences.
• Check-in and Check-out time as per Hotel / Resort policy, Generally check-in time at the hotel is 0 Pm & check-out time is 12 Noon.
• Early check-in & late check-out are Subject to Availability and may be chargeable by the Hotel directly. To avoid the inconvenience of early check-in one should book the hotel from the previous night.

Travel Insurance :

We advise to take out Travel Insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
