You can choose the method that suits you best for a smooth and secure payment process.
Credit Card: All payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted here. To pay using your credit card, you will need your Card number; Expiry date, Three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card).
After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page to enter the online 3D Secure password or generate OTP.
Debit Card: All payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Rupay debit cards are accepted here. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your Card number; Expiry date (Optional for Maestro cards); Three-digit CVV number (Optional for Maestro cards).
You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment. Internationally issued Debit cards cannot be used for payments.
Yes - Namaste India Trip offers you the convenience of using your bank's Internet Banking service to make a payment. There are 53 Personal Banking and 22 Corporate banking options. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.
Namaste India Trip accepts payment from UPI, but does not accept payments from Wallet.
Yes, If a guest uses our payment gateway, the following fees will be applied:
- In the case of payment through a Credit Card or wallet, please add 3% transaction charges to the total amount payable while transferring the amount. (we receive the deducted amount in our bank account).
- In the case of payment through Net banking, Debit card please add 2% bank charges to the total amount payable while transferring the amount.
- For international transactions, please add 3.5% bank charges to the total amount payable while transferring the amount.
To avoid transaction fees, we advise our guests to pay using bank transfer, UPI, Google Pay, cheque, demand draft, NEFT, and RTGS IMPS.
Yes.
This would result in transaction failure. You will not be able to avail the benefits of paid services.
The bank restricts more than 3 failed payment attempts on a single account on the same day. Please retry using a different bank or try again the next day.
Yes. Your online mobile transaction on Namaste India Trip is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet.
You can pay in INR, USD, GBP, or EURO.
The remaining balance is to be paid before your arrival or in some cases we have facility to pay upon arrival in cash in USD/GBP/Euro or by your Visa/Master cards with a 3% bank fee.
Yes, you can pay the total amount in advance.
Yes, as our gateways are secured with SSL certifications and encrypted data.

A credit card can decline due to an invalid credit card number, expiration date, daily limit, insufficient funds, home address used instead of billing address or many other reasons. Sometimes banks put a limit or a restriction on a credit card charge. In this case, you may need to contact your credit card company for more information. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Please check online to make sure the available credit card information is correct. You are welcome to give us a call to go over the credit card information by phone.
Namaste India Trip takes every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website/email system, your information is protected both online and off-line.
You have the option to use Bank Transfer, by Cheque, by Demand draft, UPI, PayPal.
For the PayPal option just make sure that the PayPal email used for your payments matches with your email address used during your booking as part of our verification process.
GST is not included, 5% GST will be added.
We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out. Tours that may show availability online can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made.
You are welcome to make deposits or partial payments for your reservation, but until Namaste India Trip receives full payment for your reservation, your seats or tours will not be secured. Please make your complete payment as soon as possible so that we can confirm your seats or tours for your reservation.
