  • On arrival at our travel help desk our CSE (Customer service executive) will greet you politely and spend some time with in understanding your requirements, budget limitations and travel preferences. Accordingly he/she will suggest a suitable travel and conveyance plan for you but you will also be given multiple options to choose from.
  • At Namaste India Trip Pvt. Ltd. we have very high standards when it comes to selecting vehicles that we provide to our customers during tour plans. Each vehicle that we offer is in immaculate condition and we do not associate ourselves with any vehicle that is more than 3 years old.
  • All Vehicles have valid permits as this prevents official trouble and en route problems.
  • There are no private vehicles used in our travel operations. We insist on our travel partners and associate service providers to use only commercial vehicles as they are declared as road friendly by relevant authorities.
  • All our associate drivers have valid license, well trained and can speak and understand English, Hindi and one vernacular language.
  • Every car has proper insurance and is kept comfortable, hygienic and fresh smelling.
  • We insist that our associate drivers adhere to well structured and timely pick up schedule.
  • All our vehicles have good quality air conditioning
