I usually enjoy road trips, so this itinerary was a perfect match for me. The peaceful surroundings of Bomdila were refreshing, and Tawang Monastery was much bigger and more impressive than I had imagined. During the journey, we stopped at small local tea stalls, and those simple breaks with a cup of tea and beautiful views became some of my favorite moments from the trip. It was a wonderful experience exploring the mountains at a relaxed pace.

As a solo traveler, I was looking for a trip where I could enjoy nature without having to worry about arrangements, and this itinerary was a great choice. Everything was well planned, which made my journey comfortable and stress-free. Watching the sunrise in Tawang, exploring the beautiful Madhuri Lake, and boating on the crystal-clear Umngot River were some of the most memorable moments of the trip. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the Assamese food. It was a wonderful experience filled with beautiful views, peaceful moments, and unforgettable memories.

This was our anniversary trip, and we couldn’t have chosen a better destination to celebrate it. The peaceful atmosphere of Tawang, the lush greenery of Cherrapunji, and the crystal-clear waters of Dawki made the journey truly special. Every place had its own charm and gave us beautiful memories to cherish. We also enjoyed trying local momos and fresh black tea almost every day, which added a lovely touch to our travel experience. It was a relaxing and memorable holiday that we will always remember.
