Vietnam has the best landscapes I have seen recently. Halong Bay islands look straight out of a painting. Coconut basket boat ride in Hoi An was hilarious and full of music. We also enjoyed walking around Hanoi Old Quarter during early check-in afternoon, sampling local pho and fresh coconut water. The hotel in Da Nang was close to the ocean, which was a huge plus point. Highly recommend this itinerary for first-timers.

Covered so many iconic destinations in just 7 days. Standing on the Giant Hands Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills was a dream come true moment. The lantern boat ride along Thu Bon river in Hoi An was romantic and peaceful. The flight transfer from Hanoi to Da Nang went smoothly without any hitch. Everything promised in the summary was delivered seamlessly.

Our 7-day Vietnam tour was extremely well structured. The Halong Bay day cruise was serene and the emerald water views were breathtaking. Cam Thanh coconut forest basket boat ride was super fun, especially the spin show by local boatmen. Hoi An ancient town in the evening felt like stepped into a fairy tale. Hotel location in Hanoi was central, though breakfast spread could have included a few more warm vegetarian dishes. Still, a memorable trip for our entire group.

As a senior citizen traveling with my family, I was slightly concerned about the travel pace across north and central Vietnam. However, the private vehicle transfers were very comfortable and smooth. Tam Coc boat ride and Hoi An lantern-lit street walks were easy and relaxing. Staff everywhere were gentle and helpful. My only suggestion is to keep a little more resting time on the day of the domestic flight. A very satisfying experience overall.
