Kanha National Park is located in the Maikal range of Satpuras in the Madhya Pradesh state, which is a part of the central Indian highlands. The fact that the national park is now known as the Tiger Reserve and is being praised as one of the top wildlife refuges in the world is fascinating to note.
The Kanha National Park, which is spread across the Mandala and Kalaghat revenue districts, was first designated as a reserve forest in 1879 and later changed to a wildlife sanctuary in 1933. Seoni and Chhindwara districts contain Pench National Park. One of India’s most well-known wildlife sanctuaries is Pench National Park, so named from the clean River Pence that runs through it. The popular Rudyard Kipling book “The Jungle Book,” released in 1894, also includes a scene from the park.
For those who enjoy nature, the surrounding lavish meadows, wooded strands, and deep crimson forests offer breathtaking chances for sightseeing. In addition to purifying the environment and boosting its beauty and attractiveness, the clean streams that wind through the deep jungle help enrich the local species. The 5 days / 4 nights tour will be a once in a lifetime experience for you to enjoy both the wildlife sanctuaries.

World-renowned for its animal safaris, Kanha National Park draws visitors from all over the globe. Leopards, wild dogs, wild cats, foxes, sloth bears, hyenas, langurs, wild boars, and jackals are some of the other noteworthy wildlife in this park.
It draws a lot of tourists to the park because of its fierce Bengal Tiger population. In the park’s area, where the woodlands are abundant in prey, there are currently about 50 tigers living there. The park also features 3 species of amphibians, 39 species of mammals, and 13 species of reptiles.
The best months to visit Kanha National Park to see tigers are April and May, but for many people, these months are just too hot. Warmer temperatures and a greener environment can be found from November to March, but our temperature and rainfall chart exposes all the specifics.
For the months of October and March, light clothing is advised because the days are usually warm. Bright colours can startle animals, therefore it is best to wear clothing in muted jungle tones of beige, brown, green, and similar colours. Neutral and earth tones are preferable.
Moyan, Mahua, Mokha, Skiras, Tendu, Bija, Achar, Garari, Aonla, Ghont, Baranga, Aonla, Khair, Bhirra, Palas, Skiras, and Kihamali are a few of the common types of vegetation found in the Pench National Park. In some valleys and close to the banks of the water, there is also a small colony of bamboos.
