Upon your arrival, our representative will be waiting for you outside the exit gate of the airport or railway station, holding a placard with your name for easy identification

Your pick-up can be arranged from the following locations:

The driver will collect you directly from your specified pick-up point. Please ensure you enter the full pick-up address in the pick point column.

Driver and cab details will be shared with you one day prior to the start of your tour.

• After booking confirmation: 5% of the total tour cost
• 45-30 Days before the tour: 15% of the total tour cost
• 29-14 Days before the tour: 30% of the total tour cost
• 13-09 Days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
• 08-04 Days before the tour: 80% of the total tour cost
• 03-00 Days before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

• Child Below 5 Years. Complimentary.
• Child 5 -12 Years. with and Without Extra Bed will be chargeable.
• Child 12-18 Years. Will Be Considered As An Adult With Extra Bed.

Booking your tour is simple and can be done online or offline. Just follow these steps:

• Choose Hotel Category: Select your preferred hotel package (Standard, Deluxe, Luxury, Premium, or Ultra Premium).
• Fill in the Booking Details: Provide the necessary information, including:

• Make the Payment: Complete the booking by making the payment through your preferred method.
• Offline Booking:
  1. Fill the Inquiry Form: Submit your details through our "Enquiry Now" form, or connect via WhatsApp chat or Live Chat or Alternatively, you can email us your tour requirements.
  2. Consult with Our Travel Expert: One of our travel experts will contact you, understand your requirements, and create the perfect package for you.
  3. Confirm & Book: Once you are happy with the package, make an advance payment to confirm your booking.

Payment Policy :

• 25% Payment: Required at the time of booking to secure your tour.
• 50% Payment: Due after receiving the confirmation voucher.
• 25% Balance Payment: Must be paid before the tour starts, upon arrival, or after the first day of the tour (for multi-day tours).
• For last-minute bookings, tickets, and peak season bookings, 100% payment of the tour cost is required to process the booking.

We offer a range of hotel categories in our packages to suit different budgets and preferences:

• Standard Package: 2-star basic hotels (not recommended unless on a tight budget).
• Deluxe Package: Hotels comparable to 3-star standards.
• Luxury Package: Hotels comparable to 4-star standards.
• Premium Package: Hotels comparable to 5-star standards.
• Ultra Premium Package: Heritage and unique hotels for a distinct experience.

The hotels listed are ones we frequently use during this tour. Please note, we do not hold any rooms in advance. Rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking. If the suggested hotels are unavailable due to high demand during your travel dates, we will provide a list of alternative hotels. You can select from these options, and if there is a price difference, it will be charged as a supplement. However, we will absorb marginal differences.

Important Notes:

• Check-in and Check-out time as per Hotel policy, Generally check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 Pm & check-out time is 11:00 Am.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend booking the hotel from the previous night for early check-in.
• In most hotels, the third person in a room is typically provided with a ground bed (mattress) rather than a cot, and the room size may be the same as a double room. If this arrangement poses any inconvenience, guests have the option to choose two separate rooms.
• The category of room included in our packages is generally the base category available at the proposed hotels. Should you wish to upgrade your room category, please note that an additional cost will apply.
• If you require pre- or post-tour accommodations, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will provide a quote accordingly.

After making the payment :

After making payment you will get a the following things

• Immediate Confirmation :- You will receive an instant confirmation email and a receipt for your payment.
• Reconfirmation :- Within 12 hours, you will receive a reconfirmation email with all the details of your booked tour, including the itinerary, hotel information, inclusions, exclusions, etc
• Invoice:- Within 24 hours, our Finance team will send you the payment invoice.

Vouchers and Balance Payment:

• Once all tour vouchers are issued, you will be required to settle the balance amount.
• Alternatively, you have the option to keep 25% of the tour cost with you and pay this amount upon arrival or after completing the first day of your tour (applicable for multi-day tours of 3 days or more).
• You also have the option to make the full payment before arrival for a hassle-free experience.
