Day 1: Arriving in Delhi

Delhi - Timeless Heritage and Dynamic Modernity

Delhi Known for - Delhi is renowned for its culinary specialties and glorious legacy, boasting a rich fusion of cuisines and historic sites. In Delhi, our driver will take you to the old city and our guide will show you Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, and the Red Fort, all of which are beautifully preserved monuments. Before having lunch, proceed to the Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, and other sights of Delhi. Then take the Yamuna Expressway for Agra (overnight stay).

Shahjahan’s significant work, finished by Shahjahan. Made of red sandstone and marble, this gorgeous mosque is also called Masjid-I-Jahanuma, meaning the mosque commanding the view of the world.

Red Fort / Lal Kila Delhi

Red Fort was built in ten years (1638-48) by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. It once overlooked the Yamuna River, which has shrunken away with time. Scholars indicate that there might also have been a tree-lined way which is called Nahr-i-bihisht, and this river had its source in the water of the River Yamuna.

Commissioned by Qutub-ud-din Aibak in 1192 AD, its completion by his successors, Iltutmish and Firoz Shah Tughlaq, immortalized its place in history.

      I visited the Golden Triangle with Namaste India Trip with my friend Kapiel. Thanks to the team who made our trip so wonderful. The staff helped a lot, we didn’t know Hindi too much, and the team did not let us feel uncomfortable. We loved the spice bazaar of Delhi, we bought some spices for our cooking adventures. Jaipur’s Amber Fort is a dream.

      I enjoyed the Golden Triangle tour with my family a lot. Namaste India is a wonderful tour company that helped us in making our vacation memorable. we loved Delhi's Bangla Sahib, Jaipur's Hawa Mahal and food, and Agra's Taj Mahal. watching the sunrise of a Taj Mahal is a dream come true, it was on my bucket list for a long time.

      Indeed, my trip to Golden Triangle India by the Namaste India Trip was the best thing in my life! Speaking English is not my native language. Coming from China, I did my best, but the staff made my trip an unforgettable one. The food was of the highest quality in Jaipur and I couldn't control myself snapping a lot of pictures.
