Traditionally, trekkers reach the cave at the end of the Lidder Valley after an arduous journey. However, the easiest and fastest way is to go by helicopter and complete the Amarnath Yatra in just 2 nights and 3 days.

Day 1 : Srinagar - Sonmarg (100 km, 3 hours)
- Our Namaste India trip representative will greet you upon your arrival in Srinagar.
- Transfer to a waiting coach for a 3-hour scenic drive to Sonmarg (100 km).
- Check into your resort in Sonmarg and enjoy a peaceful night's rest in the cool, refreshing mountain air.
- Evening activities in Sonmarg
- Walk along the Sindh River
- Enjoy snow activities (if visiting in winter/spring)
- Take photos of the snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows
- If you have time and want to explore nearby attractions, then you may consider Thajiwas Glacier (6 km—pony ride/trek to glacier), Sindh River (riverside walk, picnics), Zero Point (scenic viewpoint), and Gulmarg (optional day trip). 60 km), Ningli Nusa Temple (ancient Shiva temple)
