All India tours

How it works

What happens after you get in touch

  1. You send an enquiry

Four fields is enough. Dates can be approximate and can change later.

  2. A planner is assigned

One named person handles your trip, by email or WhatsApp.

  3. You get an itinerary

Day by day, with hotels named and a full price. Revised as often as needed.

  4. You approve, we run it

Only then does a deposit apply. Our own guides and vehicles take it from there.

No payment until you approve the plan. Enquiring costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Why book here

What you get from booking with us directly

The real choice is not India or somewhere else. It is whether to book through an operator at home, or directly with one here.

No middleman markup

An operator at home buys the same trip from a company like ours and adds a margin. Booking directly removes it.

Same time zone as your trip

If a flight is cancelled or a road closes, the people fixing it are in India, not asleep eight hours away.

Our own guides and vehicles

Licensed guides and maintained air-conditioned cars. Read about our guides and our transport.

Local knowledge

Which temple is impossible on a festival day, which road is being rebuilt, which hotel is no longer worth it.

Do I need a visa to visit India?

Almost certainly yes. Most nationalities apply online for an e-Visa before travelling, through the Government of India’s official portal. You apply yourself; we are not a visa agent. Visas are granted at the government’s discretion.

How far ahead should I book?

For October to March, the busiest season across most of India, two to three months gives you a real choice of hotels. For Kashmir and the high Himalaya in summer, book earlier. Shorter notice is often workable, but hotel options narrow.

Is India safe for tourists?

India hosts millions of foreign visitors a year, and most trips pass without incident. Petty theft, traffic and stomach upsets are genuine risks, and women travelling alone take more precautions than at home. We tell you what we arrange and what remains outside anyone’s control.

Can you cater for my dietary requirements?

Vegetarian food is everywhere in India. Vegan, gluten-free, Jain and halal requirements can be arranged, but need to be confirmed when you book. Severe allergies need a direct conversation with your planner before you travel.

Can you arrange trips for older travellers?

Yes: fewer hotel changes, shorter drives, lifts where they exist, and realistic walking distances. Wheelchair assistance can be arranged at major airports and some sites; we confirm specifics for your route.

Is the trip private or will I be in a group?

Private by default. Your car, driver and guide are yours. Small group trips exist where there is demand, and we say honestly whether a departure has the numbers.

What happens if a flight is cancelled or a road closes?

Someone here fixes it. Our local teams rebook, reroute or find another vehicle. Where weather makes part of a route impossible, we rearrange what we can and tell you plainly what cannot be recovered.

How much should I budget beyond the tour price?

Plan for international flights, your visa, travel insurance, lunches and drinks, tips, shopping and monument camera fees. Your planner can give a realistic daily figure for your route.

What if I want to change the itinerary after booking?

Small changes are usually possible and we tell you if a change affects the price. Larger changes close to departure depend on what hotels and airlines allow. Earlier is always easier.

How do I pay, and when?

A deposit confirms your booking once you have approved the itinerary, and the balance is due before you travel. Your card is charged in INR. We never ask for card details by email, WhatsApp or phone.
