Day 1 :Arrive Jaipur
Welcome to you in ‘Pink City’! Arrive at Airport / Railway Station in Jaipur and transfer to your hotel. On arrival check-in into your hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur. Rajasthan’s beautiful Pink City Jaipur was the stronghold of a clan of rulers whose three hill forts and series of palaces in the city are important attractions. Known as the Pink City because of the color of the stone used exclusively in the walled city, Jaipur’s bazaars sell embroidered leather shoes, blue pottery, tie and dye scarves and other exotic wares. Western Rajasthan itself forms a convenient circuit, in the heart of the Thar Desert which has shaped its history, lifestyles and architecture.
Day 2 :Jaipur City Tour
This morning, after breakfast, visits the ancient capital of the Kachwaha Rajputs, Amer. One can take an elephant ride or the jeep ride upto the fort. Thereafter, enjoy a photo-stop at Hawa Mahal – the Palace of Winds. Later, visit the City Palace and the apartment housing museums with an array of textiles, costumes, arms, weapons and paintings and finally visit Jantar Mantar, the observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh-II. The founder of Jantar Mantar is Maharaja Jai Singh II, he had built Jantar Mantar in five different locations of India, out of which Jantar Mantar at Jaipur is the largest. The observatories, or ‘Jantar Mantar’ as they are commonly known, incorporate multiple buildings of unique form, each with a specialized function for astronomical measurement. Later you are free to enjoy shopping in the local market. The market of Jaipur will delight you with the exotic blue pottery, the batik painting, block printed textiles of Sanganer and Bagru, tie and dye fabrics, Mojari – (the local shoe), sandalwood carving items, beautiful stone carvings etc.
Day 3 :Jaipur to Bikaner (350 km/8 hrs)
After breakfast proceed to Bikaner. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Evening free for shopping and overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 4 :Bikaner to Jaisalmer (350 km/8 hrs)
Take a full day sightseeing tour and visit Junagarh Fort, Anup Mahal, Gaj Mandir, Sheesh Mahal and Deshnok Temple. Afternoon proceeds to Jaisalmer. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaisalmer.
Day 5 :Jaisalmer Sightseeing
Take a half-day sightseeing tour and visit Jaisalmer Fort, Jain temple and Havelis. Rest of the day at leisure. Take a drive to the Sam sand dunes in the evening. Back to the hotel or overnight stay in a Tent at Sam Sand Dunes.
Day 6 :Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (295 km/8 hrs)
From Jaisalmer transfer to Jodhpur and check into the hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 :Jodhpur – Udaipur (295 km/8 hrs)
Jodhpur sightseeing tour visiting Umaid Bhawan Palace, Mehrangarh Fort Mandore garden and Jaswant Thada. Afternoon proceed to Udaipur and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 :Udaipur Sightseeing
Take a full day sightseeing tour and visit the City Palace, Saheliyon ki Badi, Maharana Pratap Smarak and Pear Hill. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9 :Udaipur – Mount Abu (195 km/3 hrs)
From Udaipur transfer to Mount Abu and check into the hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 :Mount Abu Departure
Take a sightseeing tour of Mount Abu visiting Dilwara Jain Temples, Prajapita Brahmakumari Ashram and University, Guru Shikhar and Nakki Lake. Afternoon drop at Abu Road Railway Station or Udaipur airport or Ahmedabad airport.
